Privacy policy

• On spktr.ai: the name, email, phone number and message you enter when you book a call or contact us. When you book a call, we also record how you reached the site: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• In the demo: the mobile number and email you enter and confirm, what you type into demo forms (such as a name, address, job description and photos), records of calls you make to the demo line (time, caller ID, a transcript and summary), and the text messages sent to and from your number.
• If you ask spktr to follow up with you: your name, your email, and a short summary of what you tried in the demo.

• To reply to you and hold the call you booked on spktr.ai.
• To see which pages and links lead to booked calls.
• To run the demo for you: send the texts and emails you trigger, and show your own activity in the demo’s owner screens.
• To stop the demo from being misused, for example by limiting messages per number.
• If you tick the box asking spktr to follow up: to email you about spktr’s plans. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not text you for this.

Demo data, including your number, form entries, photos, call records and message logs, is deleted 24 hours after your demo session starts. If you ask spktr to follow up, your name, email and the summary of what you tried are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep a record of a STOP request so we do not text that number again. Information you give us on spktr.ai is kept for as long as we are in contact about working together.

If you opt in on demo.spktr.ai, you will get texts from Duct Duct Goose, a spktr demo, only in response to what you do in the demo, up to 10 a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. The full terms are in the SMS terms.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for the demo are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use service providers to run spktr.ai and the demo, and they process data only to provide those services to us: Twilio (calls and texts), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Google (the calendar invite and Meet link for a call you book on spktr.ai, which includes what you entered when booking), OpenRouter and the AI model it routes to (AI replies in chat and text), and xAI (the demo phone assistant’s voice). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing alex@spktr.ai. Demo data is deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can stop follow-up emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
